Constructing an excavation pit in the beautiful town of Lindau on Lake Constance
For a commercial property in the beautiful town of Lindau on Lake Constance, Bauer Spezialtiefbau constructed the required excavation pit. But that's far from all: Overall, a geothermally activated Mixed-in-Place (MIP) wall was constructed with a total area of approx. 4,000 m² up to a depth of 22 m. No problem for our experts. The required double U king piles that geothermally activate a secant pile wall were manufactured by our partner Sülzle Nutzeisen. Bauer Resources established the connection lines for the BAUER energy wall by laying 10 km of pipes. The thermal activation was carried out afterwards. The result? Green energy for the island: a particularly sustainable and space-saving solution for supplying energy to the building.
