Digitalization – Digital and groundbreaking

Standstill? Not with us. Because we already have the construction site of the future today. Digitalization is ubiquitous and offers enormous potential in various spheres of life, including specialist foundation engineering. Under the guiding principle of “BAUER digital”, we follow a holistic approach covering all aspects of project management. Our incentive and goal: On making day-to-day work easier for our employees and collaborating as partners with our customers. By strategically networking all areas from design all the way to the digital site, we ensure maximum efficiency and transparency. Our digital tools form the basis for our everyday work: They make construction projects more rapid, more efficient, more cost-effective and above all more transparent.

Digital planning for design and construction process

Before work gets started on site, detailed project planning is the key to success. At Bauer, not only are the specialist foundation engineering designs planned digitally before implementation, it is also possible to map out site installations, production periods, equipment position and equipment transfer processes. Visualization of planning facilitates communication with the customer and enables all parties to understand the technical solution.

Automated documentation processes

During project implementation, a large quantity of production data is generated and systematically digitally recorded. Various apps, automated data provision processes and digital tools facilitate central collection, automated linking, and targeted evaluation of all relevant data about the project. This allows work to continue effectively and strategically. Furthermore, the implemented construction service and quality can be viewed by project participants at any time and used for their applications.

Groundbreaking ideas

Our various digital tools already have a considerable influence on site processes and have fundamentally changed the way people work in many places. Optimizing this process from design to work preparation and engineering through to the review phase continues to be a clear focus for us. This is why we are already working on innovative ideas and solutions for the digital site of the future.
