New Yogyakarta International (NYIA)

New Yogyakarta International (NYIA) Project is the one among several National Strategic Project in Indonesia. Located in Kulon Progo – Yogyakarta this airport is designed for international and also domestic flights. The airport is operated by Angakasa Pura I. The purpose of this project is to replace Adisutjipto International Airport of Yogyakarta. Many areas and buildings have already been constructed in the construction time i.e Airport Terminal, Parking Building, Airport Mosque, etc. At Parking Building our experts executed a total of 1016 of bored piles with a length of 15 m. One of the challenges of this project was to drill the purely sand layer by using a double-wall casing method for this soil condition.
