Foundation work for One Bangkok Mixed-Use Development (Zone 3) Project

The One Bangkok Mixed-Use Development (Zone 3), located in Bangkok, involved several significant construction tasks for Thai Bauer. The scope of work included the installation of 585 bored piles, each with a diameter of 1,800 mm and a depth of 80 m. Our experts also installed 118 bored piles with a diameter of 1,500 mm at the same depth. Additionally, the project required the construction of 466.28 m of diaphragm walls, with a thickness of 1,000 mm and 35 m deep. The project's successful completion highlights the team's expertise, ensuring a notable contribution to the ongoing development of Bangkok's urban landscape.
