Foundation work for Hotel & Condominium for the Forestias Development Project

The Forestias is one of the largest development in Bangkok, designed to create a luxury community among nature and greenery. This project required extensive foundation work by Thai BAUER to support its future construction. The scope of project included the installation of 190 bored piles with diameters between 1,000 – 1,500 mm, all of them 80 m deep. The contiguous pile wall work encompassed 494 piles with diameters of 800mm and a depth of 19 m. This comprehensive groundwork ensures a solid foundation for the hotel and condominium of the Forestias, marking a significant step forward in Bangkok, development.
