Foundation work for Singha Complex Project
The Singha Complex is a major development in Bangkok, designed to enhance the city's urban landscape with a blend of commercial and residential spaces. This ambitious project required extensive foundation and structural work by Thai Bauer to support its future construction. The scope of the project included the installation of 308 bored piles in total, all with diameters between 800 and 1,500 mm, all of them 60 m deep. The diaphragm wall work encompassed 1,957 m² with a thickness of 800 mm and a depth of 18 m, and 5,399 m² with a thickness of 800 mm and a depth of 22 m. This comprehensive groundwork ensures a solid foundation for the Singha Complex, marking a significant step forward in Bangkok's urban development.
