Foundation work for One City Centre Project

One City Centre is modern office building development in Bangkok. The project required extensive foundation work by Thai BAUER. The scope of the project included the construction of 345 no. of bored piles with diameters between 1,000 mm to 1500 mm with the depth of up to 70 m and 24 no. of barrette piles with sizing 800 x 2,800 mm with the dept of up to 70 m. The diaphragm wall work encompassed 3,576 m2 with a thickness of 800 mm and depth of 24 m. This comprehensive groundwork ensures a solid foundation for One City Centre building.
