Foundation work for MRT Orange Line Project Contract E1

For the MRT Orange Line Project, Contract E1, Thai Bauer played a key role in the foundation work. The scope of work included the installation of 160 bored piles with a diameter of 800 mm, each reaching a depth of 40 m. Additionally, 201 bored piles with a diameter of 1,500 mm were installed at depths ranging from 60 to 63 m, along with 15 bored piles measuring 2,000 mm in diameter at similar depths. The project also required two barrette piles measuring 1,500 x 3,000 mm at a depth of 60 m. Furthermore, diaphragm walls were constructed, covering 11,700 m² with a thickness of 800 mm and 46,922 m² with a thickness of 1,000 mm at depths of 25 to 27 m. Our experts successfully completed this challenging work in just nine months.
