The Lohia Residence Sukhumvit Soi 15 Project is a luxury residential project in central Bangkok. Thai Bauer handled the foundation work, which included the installation of 103 bored piles with 800 mm diameter at 46 m deep, and the construction of 2,923.2 m² of diaphragm wall with a thickness of 800 mm and a depth of 18 m. This foundational work paved the way for the development of a premium residence in one of Bangkok's prime locations.
