Construction of an excavation pit for Loisach Quartier
Residential construction project in the south of Munich: For the creation of the “Loisach Quartier” in Wolfratshausen, Bauer Spezialtiefbau was engaged with various specialist foundation engineering works to install the required excavation pit. In total, 5,500 m² of static MIP wall were installed up to a depth of 22.6 m. In addition, 1,500 m² of sheet pile walls were executed up to a depth of 22 m. After sufficient uplift prevention has been achieved, these will be pulled out again. And that's not all: Work included an additional 750 m² of king pile wall with wood and shotcrete paneling, 460 linear meters of anchors with four to five strands as well as bracings, micropiles and a dewatering system. Our advantage: All from a single source.
