Foundations for Future Water Flow
Bauer Egypt was tasked with constructing four circular shafts for TBM launch and retrieval, supporting the construction of four tunnels under the New Suez Canal. The diaphragm wall works included two shafts 18.3 m in diameter, reaching depths of 58 and 120 m. Additionally, our experts installed 10 m thick soft gel grout plugs and 240 micro piles, each 120 m deep with a 120-ton capacity, ensuring stability for this critical infrastructure project.
