Bauer Egypt undertook a key project in Tripoli's coastal Souk al Talat area, known for its luxury hotels. The development includes two towers for hotel and office use, featuring a four-level basement with car parking and water tanks. Our expert's work involved constructing 12,000 m² of diaphragm walls at 22 m depth, installing 510 piles (1,000 mm diameter) and 554 piles (1,200 mm diameter), both 45 m long, with compression loads of 472 and 679 tons respectively, along with 1,050 ground anchors to secure the structure.
